Implementation is a key to the success of any application. If not implemented properly, even the best of applications fail to deliver and can result in huge losses to the company in terms of both monetary and manpower resources. |

Once an application has been developed, tested and is ready to be implemented at the client's premises, MIP plays a vital role. All implementation activities are assigned and tracked using MIP. It is a tool that integrates the back-end operations at the development center of an organization to the place of implementation, that is, the client's premises.
Client coordinator can raise any observations during implementation, electronically, in the system, which are then distributed automatically to the concerned next authority for resolution. This is done by the artificial intelligence module embedded into the heart of MIP.
Daily reports prompt the users of this application with the status of implementation across various projects and guide them on their duties. It is a self-governed system that generates reminders and alerts at appropriate checkpoints, in order to ensure that all the observations raised by the different client coordinators are resolved at the earliest possible time without any loss of time due to unavailability of information or lack of communication. This ensures the most efficient and best implementation of an application.
