M-Sure Insurance Expert System

M-Sure is the software component of Insurance Expert System (IES), created to support "front-end" Insurance and "back-end" Operations.

Insurance Expert Systems developed by MGRM consist of core modules directly addressing specific needs of the insurance industry.

• Product Management
  The Product Management module works like a product manual, containing vital information related to the product. Information can be viewed by specific groups within the organization (agents, policy approvers, claim managers) as well as by customers.
• Quote and Policy Management
  Quote and Policy Management is the core underwriting module of M-Sure. MGRM undertakes the task of issuing insurance policies on behalf of the insurance company as per the company rules. Through its Flexi-Policy component, IES allows for modifications within the policy, like adding other benefits before it is frozen.
• Premium Management
  The Premium Management module facilitates smooth, efficient collections and management of premiums, addressing all related issues.
• Claims Management
  The Claims Management module facilitates claims filing, online and offline. Claims can be processed automatically/semi-automatically. All related information is stored and tracked using this module.
• Risk Management
  The Risk Management module provides tools for pragmatic analysis, and expedites the customer verification process prior to claim clearance.
• Fraud Control
  The Fraud Control module comprises a variety of tools and built-in filters, enabling it to verify a claim recipient’s credentials against those of the nominee as soon as a claim is filed.
