| Nutritional Profiling |
We do not realise the driving force of nutrition; what we eat or what we seek to eat or even what we work hard to eat drives our thought force. Our brain contains special transmitters, proteins, carbohydrates, fat, minerals and vitamins. They come directly from the food that we eat. Various cerebral activities like reasoning, thinking, imagining, visualizing and dreaming require these molecules to function optimally. This is true for all organs like the skin, lever, kidney, heart, stomach and systems such as the endocrine, circulatory and immune systems.
For our integrated body system to perform in a well-orchestrated manner, we need to ensure that the food we |
| take in, is complete and helps in our activity efficiently. Therefore, a student’s need of food differs from that of a worker or a teacher or, for that matter, a parent. |
MGRM Net has created specific nutrition profiling plans that support the development and growth of individuals with specific requirements. Eat right and be merry.
