Dr. Jitendar Verma holds M. Tech and Ph. D degrees from IIT-Delhi, the premier technology institution of the country. Dr. Verma has rich and extensive experience of more than 20 years, during which he has been associated with some of the most reputed companies in India and abroad such as Engineers India Limited, Caltex and Soros Associates, to name a few.

True to his position, Dr. Jitendar Verma is responsible for ensuring smooth and effective execution of the plans to achieve the goals and missions of MGRM. His main forte lies in technology evaluation and development, new product introduction and positioning, project management, strategic planning and business development - all focused in high technology businesses. Dr. Verma is the man behind the solidification of the company's goal to provide user integrated services that are sophisticated and intuitive, yet easy to use for the common man.

Dr. K. Muralidhar is the man responsible for placing MGRM products on to the world map. Heading MGRM's Marketing and Sales Division, Dr. Muralidhar leads the team that makes MGRM products a household name. Being one of the founding members of MGRM, Dr. Muralidhar is a man who inspires the group to strategize, develop and plan to ensure that the company retains loyal customers and partners, on a lifelong basis. To achieve his goals, Dr. Muralidhar brings with him exceptional leadership qualities, skills, knowledge, drive and commitment.

Dr. Muralidhar is a Post Graduate with a doctorate in Rehabilitation Medicine.

Dr. A. Vimaladithan holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from IIT-Delhi, the premier technology institution of the country, a Ph. D. in Molecular Biology from University of Maryland, USA. He continued as a Research Associate in the University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA. He is a recipient of numerous honours and has several international publications under his belt.

Dr. A. Vimaladithan heads the Business Development efforts of MGRM. Constantly on the lookout for new areas and domains of development, Dr. Vimaladithan is always researching and developing solutions and services that MGRM can offer to the world. He is the propeller of all research activities within MGRM, which open new vistas for the company.

Dr. Kanagaraj is an M. Sc. in Chemistry and holds a Doctorate from IIT-Delhi, for research in Inorganic Biochemistry.

Dr. Kanagaraj, in his position as Vice President, Research & Development, acts as the Quality and Systems guru of the company. Dr. Kanagaraj ensures that the systems development and policies of the company are managed in line and in accordance with the defined principles and objectives. His untiring efforts enable the company to translate its user service policies into effective user-friendly products.

Dr. S. Baskar is a Ph. D. in Medical Optics and Holography from IIT-Delhi, the premier technology institution in India.

Dr. Baskar is the company's high-energy strategic thinker and a remarkable networker. His relentless passion for supporting excellence puts him in charge of providing leadership to MGRM's new projects, from planning to their implementation. He is also responsible for all national level sales efforts, marketing strategy, marketing communications, public relations, channel development activities and ensuring an integrated approach to support and strengthen MGRM's partnerships.

Mr. Parthasarathy Mohanty holds a Masters degree in Information Technology. His rich experience of over 20 years in this field spans across continents, handling different and complex assignments and implementing various technology platforms at companies such as GE, Boeing and so on.

Mr. Mohanty is responsible for all of MGRM's applications and technology infrastructure. He ensures that the clients realize the full value of their MGRM software investment through unparalleled implementation, upgrade, optimization, education and application hosting services. From reviewing the design to testing, all aspects of product review fall under Mr. Mohanty's scrutinizing eye.

Ms. Surabhi Das Sharma is a post- graduate in Economics & and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management. She has wide experience of almost 15 years in multifaceted business activities. She started her career in 1991 with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, and also worked as an independent Management & Project Consultant with UNIFEM before moving to the MGRM group in 1994.

Her expertise areas cover a wide spectrum of Human Resources activities such as formulation & establishment of HR & training policies & systems, manpower planning & recruitment, training & development as well as performance appraisal systems, to name a few. Her experience and knowledge also covers areas of marketing, both domestic and exports.

Ms. Alka Kumar is a graduate in Political Science and Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Labour Laws, with wide experience of almost 21 years in human resources activities such as formulation and establishment of HR systems and policies, manpower planning & recruitment, training & development, performance appraisal, labour-related legal issues and so on. She plays a proactive role in human relations and is a facilitator of cultural change, personal counsellor with a deep understanding of the human thought processes. She oversees all operations.

Mr. Deepak Mittal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He did his graduation in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce and has worked with M/s Escorts Limited and M/s A F Ferguson, managing various aspects of corporate finance and accounts before joining the MGRM Group in the year 2000. He looks after the corporate finance and accounts function.
