| Human Dimensions |
An individual has three dimensions - physical, psychological and social. When an individual is physically sound, psychologically fit and socially well-adjusted, he can evolve into a complete personality. Such an individual is said to be a spiritual person. Spirituality means the ability to do one’s duty, and has no religious meaning – a spiritual person is one who does his duty without thinking of the result. Such a person is highly evolved. We face problems or create problems for others when we fail to recognize our duties or fail in doing our duties even though we are aware. Hence, a complete personality is a supreme personality, an ideal to strive towards.
When an individual is lacking in any of the dimensions, that dimension needs to be restored to a state of normalcy. Physical problems such as handicaps, disabilities, chronic and acute medical conditions, lack of nutrition and so on inhibit or restrict the individual from attaining his potential. Mental and emotional problems pertaining to the mind or the psychological dimension are potent catalysts or inhibitors of self and society. Guidance and direction give clarity and understanding to the individual to achieve the best that he can. Similarly, an individual must be made complete in the social dimension. But to make an individual complete in all three dimensions is a huge endeavor. Hence, MGRM has diverse companies that work in these dimensions.
MGRM’s objective is to make an individual, a complete personality. It is a massive ideal and concept to work towards. A complete personality is indescribable, as he has too many attributes. However, his or her personality can be felt.
